Description

Extrudr ABS CF is a carbon fibre-reinforced high-performance filament that has been specially developed for technical applications which require maximum rigidity, high dimensional stability and excellent heat resistance. Reinforcement with carbon fibres significantly improves the mechanical strength and optimises the thermal performance of the material when compared to standard ABS.

But despite the reinforcement, the filament remains easy to print and delivers precise results with a matt, high-quality surface that gives a professional, technical look to every printed part. Thanks to its low tendency to warp, ABS CF is ideal for functional components, technical prototypes and applications in mechanical engineering. The material also offers good chemical resistance and has a lower weight as compared to standard ABS - all while offering improved performance values.

Note: A hardened steel or ruby nozzle is strongly recommended, with a nozzle size of 0.6 mm or more.
