dichtol AM Hydro, 1.000 ml

The solvent-free dichtol AM Hydro is a ready-to-use 1-component water-based system used for gapless sealing and pore-deep impregnation of metals, coatings and 3D printed objects. It has many applications (dipping, injecting, brushing) and is also suitable for impregnating complex components.

AM Hydro has a high temperature resistance - up to 130¡ãC.

Tip: AM Hydro remains transparent after curing.

Preparation and application:

Before application, the pores to be sealed must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt residues and other undesirable substances.

Here are a few applications for dichtol AM Hydro:

Painting:

Apply four times at 1-minute intervals and keep it moist for at least 5 minutes to allow the product to penetrate the pores deeply

?Inject:

Inject Dichtol AM Hydro into the desired porous space and allow it to act for about 5 minutes. Afterwards, pour out the excess material.

? Dipping:

Dip the object to be sealed in dichtol AM Hydro and remove it after approx. 10 minutes. Let the object drain completely.

The impregnating agent dries out within 24 hours at 20¡ãC at 65 % relative humidity.

Storage: Store the unopened product in a cool and dry place (+5¡ãC to +20¡ãC).

Shelf life: 5 years.
