dichtol WFT Spray from DIAMANT Polymer is a ready-to-use impregnation system based on a special polymer formulation that permanently seals even microscopically small pores of 0 to 0.1 mm. This ensures a high level of pressure tightness, even with complex structures. Targeted application to leaky areas enables efficient use of material, saving costs and time.

Preparation and application

Before application, the pores to be sealed must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt residues and other interfering substances. Apply the dichtol WFT spray four times at 1-minute intervals and keep it wet for at least 5 minutes so that the product can penetrate deep into the pores. Ensure that the temperature of the object to be impregnated does not exceed 40 °C. At higher temperatures, the penetration of the polymer cannot be guaranteed with certainty.

The impregnating agent dries out completely after a short time.
