Description

The Bambu Lab AMS lite Feeder Unit supports the AMS Lite automatic material system by allowing you to automatically switch between different filament spools during a print run, thus creating multi-colour or multi-material prints.

The feeder unit has a symmetrical design and is available in two versions:

  • Left feed unit with slots 1 and 2,
  • Right feed unit with slots 3 and 4.

Each feeder unit is equipped with its own motors and gears that precisely control the filament feed. When the filament is inserted, the feeder automatically pulls the filament and guides it through the PTFE tube to the tool head.

Attention! While the left and right feeder units serve the same purpose and functionality, they differ structurally, even if only slightly. Therefore, note that each of the units can only be installed in its intended position. Make sure you have selected the correct feeder unit version (left or right) before purchasing!
