Description

Creality Hyper PLA-CF is a carbon fibre-reinforced PLA material that has 30% higher flexural strength and impact resistance compared to standard PLA. The material is designed for speeds of up to 300 mm/s without causing clogging.

Hyper PLA-CF has low shrinkage and deformation behaviour, which enables high dimensional stability and accuracy of fit of the printed components. This is ideal for applications where precise fit and repeatability are crucial - e.g. when printing various parts for aircraft, aeroplane models, joints, drives and much more.

Tips:

  • Hyper PLA-CF can be easily processed in both open and closed 3D printers.
  • For better print quality, you should dry the filament before printing. The following is recommended: Dry the filament to 55 °C for 8 hours in a filament drying box or to 75 °C for 12 hours on the heating bed of your 3D printer.
  • Any support structures can be easily removed - a smooth, matt surface remains.
  • The use of hardened steel nozzles is recommended for printing with this material.
