Description

SUNLU PA6-CF combines the toughness of nylon with the rigidity of 20% carbon fibre - and thus delivers a filament with excellent strength, temperature resistance and ability to retain shape.

This filament has been developed for industrial use. It can withstand high torsional, tensile and impact loads and exhibits low warping. With a heat resistance of up to 209¡ãC, SUNLU PA6-CF is the hands down winner among comparable materials. This makes it ideal for applications where things get really hot - such as exhaust covers, engine housings, pot handles or kettle bases.

Note:

  • PA6-CF is extremely sensitive to moisture. Dry the filament at 80¡ãC for 24 hours or 110¡ãC for 4 hours before use.
  • When printing with this material, use an abrasion-resistant nozzle (e.g. hardened steel) to prevent premature nozzle wear.
