Description
The 500W Air-Cooled Cooling Kit from Two Trees ensures that your CNC machine keeps a cool head even on the toughest jobs. Specially developed for metalworking and milling acrylic, it reliably prevents tools and material from sticking together!
Universally applicable - fits almost anywhere!
Whether you are working with the TTC6050, the TTC-H40, TwoTrees trimmers, Makita, Milwaukee, 500W motors or 775 spindles - this cooling kit adapts and keeps your setup nice and cool. Thanks to the flexible holder for spindle diameters from 27 mm to 76 mm, it is the perfect all-rounder for almost all common CNC machines.
Tip: With the TTC-H40 and the TTC6050, the innovative cooling design does not require any hose clamps - plug-and-play at its best! For all other machines, the set is of course also compatible with classic hose clamps.
Full control over the fan speed
The fan rotates at up to 38500 rpm and can be infinitely adjusted using the practical control dial - more power or quieter operation? You decide what your project needs!
Clever and flexible in use
The detachable design makes the Cooling Kit not only a cooling master, but also the perfect replacement for a handheld hoover! Simply remove it and quickly and efficiently remove chips and dust from your CNC work surface.
Note: Using the kit slightly reduces the working area of your machine - the exact reduction depends on the model. For the TTC6050 and the TTC-H40, the machining area in the X direction is reduced by approx. 90 mm. So allow a little more room for manoeuvre for your projects!
