Description
The ELEGOO Assembled Extruder Kit is a fully pre-assembled extruder for ELEGOO's Neptune series 3D printers. It offers a number of advantages over the standard extruder and enables more precise and reliable filament extraction for improved print quality.
Dual Gear Direct Drive
The dual gear extruder with direct drive has a transmission ratio of 5.2:1, which ensures precise and reliable filament feed. The wear-resistant stainless steel gear teeth provide excellent grip and outstanding torque for better print quality.
Throat pipe made of copper-titanium bi-metal
The copper-titanium bi-metal throat pipe has exceptional thermal conductivity and prevents heat creep to provide smooth performance. The special design of the air channel contributes to efficient cooling and minimises pressure errors caused by nozzle blockages.
Temperature-resistant nozzle
The integrated nozzle is designed for temperatures of up to 300¡ãC. With an extended hotend design, the filament can be melted quickly and evenly.
The nozzle is suitable for processing materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU and nylon
Double fan power for more efficiency
The extruder kit is equipped with a thickened, ball-bearing 4015 fan on both sides. These not only ensure efficient cooling of the hotend during a high-speed print, but also for the freshly printed layers.
Easy installation
The assembly is easily installed within a few minutes; included screws and detailed instructions ensure a smooth installation without complications.
