The DiamondBack Complete Hotend is a compact, powerful and wear-resistant hotend solution for your Bambu Lab 3D printer, developed from a collaboration between E3D, DiamondBack and Bambu Lab.
Compatible with Bambu Lab 3D printers from the X1 & X1C.
Polycrystalline diamond tip from DiamondBack
The DiamondBack Complete Hotend owes its exceptional wear resistance and long service life to its polycrystalline diamond tip (PCD). This consists of many tiny diamond crystals that form a matrix of crystals with diamond-to-diamond bonds with a proprietary binder. This creates excellent diamond hardness and reduced brittleness, making the nozzle perfect for printing with fibre, metal and ceramic filaments.
Tip: The solid, highly polished nozzle tip does not have a diamond coating, but rather is equipped with a diamond insert that noticeably improves the precision of 3D printing.
Perfect upgrade for your Bambu Lab 3D printer
The DiamondBack Complete Hotends are the perfect drop-in replacement for your Bambu Lab hotend. No adjustments to the mount or part cooling are required, and the existing Bambu Lab print profiles can also continue to be used.
