Falcon2 Pro Laser Cutter 60W

This Falcon2 Pro from Creality is a laser cutter with a 60W laser head. The device has a large, enclosed build space that not only enables safe and efficient work, but also significantly expands the creative engraving landscapes.

60-watt power

The Falcon2 Pro 60W uses FAC spot compression technology, which combines twelve powerful 5.5W laser diodes to produce 60 watts of power.

Excellent cutting performance for high work efficiency

The laser cutter cuts common materials with ease in a single pass, increasing work efficiency by 2x. With its 60W laser, the Creality Falcon2 Pro 60W can effortlessly cut 0.2mm thick stainless steel sheet.

3-in-1 laser power

To ensure that all your engraving or cutting requirements are met, you can individually adjust the laser beam using the associated software or directly on the machine. With one click, you can switch between individual laser modules and their power levels (22W, 40W, 60W) to achieve the best cutting or engraving results.

Built-in camera as visual support for automatic positioning

A high-resolution camera provides a full-screen view of the work surface for automatic positioning of the laser head.

With the real-time preview option, multiple materials can be positioned simultaneously.

Functional 360¡ã visual design and creative scope

A completely transparent cover with a curved surface lets you observe the processing of your workpieces from every angle.

A spacious build space of 400 x 415 mm enables extensive processing for enormous creative freedom.

Safety first!

The dark red, transparent cover protects your eyes by filtering the laser light perfectly. This means you can carry out your projects without protective glasses.

Thanks to a specially built-in safety lock, all work is stopped as soon as the lid is opened to prevent the laser from leaking. Two sensors display the sealing status and give a light signal in case of danger.

Versatile monitoring for more security control

Airflow Monitoring: Displays the current airflow amount, allowing the airflow to be adjusted to specific engraving requirements.

Flame Monitoring: If a flame is detected, the display flashes red and triggers an alarm, causing the device to shut down immediately.

Lens Monitoring: If the lens becomes very dirty, an alarm is triggered, which can prevent lens breakage and frequent replacement.

Integrated Air Assist and optional Air Purification system

To optimally support each of your projects, Falcon2 Pro is equipped with an integrated Air Assist. Its air blast on the laser head blows away dirt during engraving and cutting and ensures optimal engraving or cutting results through automatic and manual adjustment.

An optional air purification system upgrade, the Air Purification System, has a powerful smoke extractor that effectively filters smoke and dust. Even better results are achieved when combined with other air purifiers.
