Heat treatment for real professionals - up to 110 °C!

The FilaDryer E2 is not just a dryer, but also an annealing pro! At up to 110 °C, it brings 99.99 % of all common engineering materials into top shape. Annealing is the key to maximum performance, especially with materials such as PA-CF, PC or ABS: drone parts, helmets, screws and nuts are heated to a certain temperature, held there for a while and then slowly cooled down again. What does that mean? Maximum impact resistance, extra toughness and robust models that can easily withstand even the toughest applications.

Compatible materials: PLA, PETG, PVA, PCL, TPU, ABS, ABS-CF, ASA, PC, Flame Retardant PC, PC-ABS, PC-PBT, CoPA, PA6-GF, PA6-CF, PA12-CF, PA612-CF, PA12, etc.

500 watts of power - dry faster, print sooner

With 500 watts of PTC power, the FilaDryer E2 heats up to 50 °C in just 20 minutes - at room temperature. 70 °C? In just 30 minutes! This means: faster drying, earlier printing, less waiting time.

Note: Please note that high-temperature drying requires heat-resistant filament spools.

Cleverly sealed

The SUNLU FilaDryer E2 is sealed in many ways:

• Silicone plug at the cable outlet, double-sealing silicone strips and magnetic closure to prevent water vapour from entering,
• All-round insulated dual-chamber design for even heat distribution,
• Innovative locking system for efficient annealing and drying.

The SUNLU FilaDryer E2 protects you and your setup with an intelligent safety system:

Dual temperature control ensures that the appliance switches off immediately if it overheats - and only restarts when everything is safe.

Thanks to double insulation, the outside maintains a pleasant temperature - even when working at over 100 °C inside, you feel less than 60 °C on the outside!

The housing is made of fireproof material.
