FlowTechu2122 Hotend for Bambu Lab X1/X1C

Micro-Swiss introduces a new generation of hotends with the FlowTech? Hotend. The special design eliminates common problems such as leaking nozzle seals and laborious nozzle replacement processes.

This plug-and-play hotend is compatible with Bambu Lab X1 and X1C and can be seamlessly integrated into the Bambu Lab system.

Leak-proof design and sealed heater core

The FlowTech Hotend consists of a permanently sealed assembly of nozzle and thermal break. No print is ruined or material is wasted because of a leaking nozzle thanks to this leak-proof design.

The hotend comes with an upgrade in the form of a sealed heater core which offers several advantages over the standard model:

• Optimum heat retention: the sealed design keeps the heat efficiently trapped in the core, ensuring stable and constant print temperatures.
• Lasts longer: Protection of the heating element and thermistor reduces the risk of damage and significantly increases the longevity of the heating core.

Cold Nozzle Change

Changing the nozzle on a Bambu Lab printer usually requires removing the entire hotend. But with the FlowTech? hotend, this is no longer the case.

Thanks to the cleverly integrated nozzle and heatbreak, FlowTech technology allows nozzles to be changed without having to heat up the hotend first. It's really easy - no need for complicated tightening when hot - changing it is effortless with two fingers and a 3D-printed nozzle-changing tool.

? Tip: The FlowTech hotend variants with Bondtech's CHT nozzle technology achieve an outstanding maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm3/s and ensure better layer adhesion.
