Description

Extrudr's PCTG is a scratch-resistant filament with a glassy appearance, which is characterised by high chemical and thermal resistance, as well as extremely high mechanical properties. Despite the fact that PCTG is flexible, it has good rigidity and very good impact resistance. PCTG also has flame-retardant properties according to UL94 V2 and HB, and meets certifications such as Cosmetic, FDA, Reach or Rohs.

As a modified copolyester, PCTG is suitable for industrial applications. Its heat resistance of 80 to 90 °C makes it particularly interesting in the manufacture of everything from electronic components to kitchen utensils. The material is easy to process and therefore also suitable for beginners!

Tip: With sufficient heat and only a little cooling, the layer adhesion is excellent!
