Description

Spectrum PLA Electrically Conductive is a functional speciality filament based on PLA, specifically designed for printing parts that require electrical conductivity. Conductivity is achieved through the addition of carbon nanotubes (CNTs), which significantly reduce surface resistance. At the same time, the material retains the typical advantages of PLA: easy to print, low tendency to warp, and can be printed without a heated chamber.

This filament is particularly well-suited for use in technical prototypes, educational environments, or workshops where reliability, process stability, and ease of handling are essential. The printed parts feature a matte surface that not only offers a high-quality appearance but also visually minimises layer lines.

Note: Due to the abrasive nature of the carbon nanotubes, the use of a hardened steel or ruby nozzle is strongly recommended to prevent excessive nozzle wear.
