Description

Polymaker PolySmooth? is a PVB-based filament that is almost as easy to process as PLA and gives your prints a high gloss finish - no sandpaper or paint required! Simply print, treat with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or ethanol (in Polymaker Polysher?, for example) and prepare to be amazed: the surface will be flawlessly smooth, glossy and completely free from layers!

Note: PVB reacts particularly well to alcohol vapour and can therefore be smoothed effortlessly. However, it is also more hygroscopic than PLA, making it relatively more sensitive to humidity. Therefore, to ensure permanently stable results, you should use a dry box system for PolySmooth?.
