Description

Polymaker PolySupport? for PA12 has been specially developed as a breakaway support material for PA12-based filaments. It forms an excellent interface with long-chain nylons, providing the strength needed to support complex structures while still being easy to remove by hand after printing ¨C with no tools or chemical treatment required.

The material processes at similar temperatures to PA12 and is compatible with open and closed build chambers, as well as heated chambers. Its distinctive green colour makes post-print identification and removal especially easy.

Note: Not suitable for PolyMide? CoPA or other nylon materials that are not PA12.

Tip: For best results, a dual-extrusion 3D printer ¨C such as an IDEX system or a tool changer ¨C is strongly recommended when using PolySupport? for PA12. Printing with a single nozzle for two materials may cause clogging. An all-metal hotend capable of reliably reaching at least 270 °C is also required.
