Description
The CNC-milled threaded inserts made of high-quality brass alloy are practical accessories that can be used to convert 3D-printed plastic parts (made of PLA, PETG, ABS, etc.) into practical and versatile components.
The cadmium and lead-free threaded inserts are inserted or melted into place with a soldering iron. They increase the strength of the resulting connection by connecting the threaded insert to the material and staying firmly in place.
Tip: For maximum connection strength, install the brass inserts at a temperature that is 10-20¡ãC higher than the printing temperature. CNC Kitchen also recommends that only 90% of the threaded inserts should be melted with a soldering iron - the rest can be fitted into the component with a tool.

This set of standard threaded inserts contains 100 pieces M3 standard (M3x5.7), 50 pieces M4 standard (M4x8.1) and 50 pieces M5 standard (M5x9.5) threaded inserts. Each variety of threaded insert can also be purchased separately.
