Description
The Two Trees TTC6050 is a versatile CNC router specifically designed for precise and efficient woodworking. Whether it's for creative, industrial or educational projects, this powerful tool offers a smart combination of innovative technology, robust construction and user-friendly design.
Spacious workspace for endless creativity
The generous working area of 600 x 500 x 100 mm offers enough space for various projects and makes the device perfect for everyday woodworking.
Robust construction and flexible design
The efficient milling machine is made of durable aluminium components and uses aluminium T-profiles as a secure support for the MDF density panels. The T-rails are compatible with a variety of clamping devices and can be flexibly upgraded with add-ons. MDF panels can also be easily replaced, which makes maintenance and adjustment of the work surface easier.
With precise ball screws and linear guides on the XYZ axis, the TTC6050 ensures exceptional accuracy and stability in movement.
Sealed design for durability
A sophisticated, sealed design prevents dust and flying chips from entering the device's drive system. This extends the service life of the machine and ensures trouble-free and stable operation.
Powerful spindle and expansion options
The 500-watt spindle supplied as standard with the TTC6050 provides sufficient power for demanding milling work. For greater flexibility and ultra-fine engraving precision, the machine can be expanded with the Two Trees TC20 laser module or 65 mm and 69 mm fixtures.
Intelligent security features
An integrated infrared sensor detects obstacles and stops the machine immediately if there is a danger to avoid accidents.
The spindle stop button allows the machine to be switched off quickly when a tool change is necessary ¨C for maximum safety during work.
Additional features and accessories
Practical lighting options above the spindle ensure better visibility while working.
The machine supports both air-cooled and water-cooled spindles as well as a variety of accessories for engraving applications.
