Description
The Bambu Smooth PEI plate is a build plate specially developed for Bambu Lab 3D printers. It consists of a flexible, magnetic steel plate with a smooth PEI sheet on both sides.
The smooth and matt PEI texture achieves a very good surface quality of the printed parts. Fewer visible layers are created and the model receives a smooth finish.
The plate is suitable for a wide range of materials, including standard filaments such as PLA, TPU and PETG, as well as filaments such as ABS and nylon that require higher temperatures to print.
Attention! If you print with filaments other than PLA, you should use an adhesive to avoid damaging the film.
Structure of the Smooth PEI building plate:
- 0.125 mm thick PEI sheet,
- 0.5 mm thick spring steel plate with excellent magnetic adhesion,
- 0.125 mm thick PEI sheet.
