Unmatched Scan Quality with Dual-Laser Capture

With two blue laser modes, Trackit adapts to any surface and geometry:

30 Cross-line Mode: Ideal for fast, comprehensive scans ¨C even on dark or reflective materials..

Single-line Mode: Accurately captures deep details like holes, gears, gaps, and recesses.

Flexible Scanning with or without a Base Station:

Trackit offers two flexible operating modes:

Optical tracking via dual camera tracking station - ideal for large-area objects.

Standalone manual operation - for hard-to-reach or internal areas where the base station has no line of sight.

Marker-free Data Capture & Modular Design for Large Objects

With precise real-time localisation, Trackit eliminates the need for targets. It operates entirely marker-free, allowing seamless 3D scans of objects ranging from 10 mm to 6 m.

Using Leapfrogging, the base station can be moved incrementally around the object, ensuring accurate frame linking and full surface capture via the Anchor Block System.

Automatic Gimbal Calibration

Trackit uses an intelligent dual-axis gimbal system for fully automated calibration. This saves time, reduces user errors, and ensures consistently accurate measurements ¨C even with multiple shots from different angles.

Enhanced Functionality with Texture Capture

The integrated high-resolution RGB camera captures realistic textures, ideal for visualisation or advanced evaluations using Revo Measure (e.g., for inspection reports with dimensional data).

Can be automated via robotic interface

When combined with a collaborative 6-axis robotic arm, Trackit operates as a fully automated scanning system:

• Object diameter: up to 0.5 m
• Volumetric accuracy: up to 0.05 mm
• Application: automated point cloud recording of complex geometries.

Integrated temperature monitoring

Several high-sensitivity sensors continuously monitor the temperature of both the scanner and tracker, preventing thermally-induced drift and ensuring consistent accuracy.
